Weekend Getaway with Disney Cruise Line

ree

My husband and I decided to book a weekend getaway, and settled on booking a Disney Cruise. We sailed out of the Port of San Diego, and this is an easy port to navigate. We chose to sail in January, so the weather was cold and rainy, but that didn't stop us from having a relaxing time. We spend time in the Cove Cafe enjoying coffee and treats. We watched football games in one of the lounges onboard called the Crown and Fin, a nod to a British pub. We also had brunch in Palo, the adult-only restaurant onboard, and the food and service are always top-notch. We did participate in some onboard activities, such as trivia and the Royal Gathering, but we mostly spent time relaxing and enjoying some quiet time away. However, we did make some time to meet some of the Disney characters onboard, which is just one things that make Disney Cruise Line unique.
